TELADAN (Teaching Leadership, Advancing the Nation), which also means ‘role model’ in Indonesian, is Tanoto Foundation’s premier leadership development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of purpose and mission driven Indonesian leaders. The programme provides outstanding undergraduate students at partner universities with a holistic ecosystem of learning and growth, combining comprehensive financial aid covering full tuition and living allowances with a multi-year, structured leadership development journey.
