Key Beneficiaries

18-22 years old

TELADAN (Teaching Leadership, Advancing the Nation), which also means ‘role model’ in Indonesian, is Tanoto Foundation’s premier leadership development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of purpose and mission driven Indonesian leaders. The program provides outstanding undergraduate students at partner universities with a holistic ecosystem of learning and growth, combining comprehensive financial aid covering full tuition and living allowances with a multi-year, structured leadership development journey.

Throughout the program, Tanoto Scholars sharpen essential soft skills through leadership training, coaching and mentoring, project-based experiential learning, community engagement, and professional preparation. This journey shapes them into well-rounded future leaders with a sustainability mindset, ready to create meaningful and lasting contributions to their communities and the nation.
