About the Program
The Tanoto Foundation Fellowship Program develops purpose and mission driven future leaders, equipping them to design and implement initiatives that create sustainable impact. It is a full-time, one-year program for fresh graduates and early-career professionals up to 26 years old. Tanoto Fellows are immersed in the education and social development ecosystem, placed within Tanoto Foundation’s partner areas to gain unparalleled hands-on experience.
Through project-based learning, Tanoto Fellows
strengthen key competencies such as resilience,
collaboration, project and resource management,
data-driven problem solving, and empowering
others. Their journey is further enriched by
leadership development training, mentoring,
coaching, and networking opportunities with
experts. Upon completion, they join the Tanoto
Fellows Network, a lifelong community for
collaboration and continuous growth, driving
sustainable impact and advancing Indonesia’s
