Tanoto Foundation Opens Education Journalism Fellowship 2025 Across Indonesia

Tanoto Foundation is once again holding the Tanoto Foundation Education Journalism Fellowship 2025 for journalists across Indonesia, with a total grant of up to IDR 100 million. Through this program, Tanoto Foundation invites journalists to highlight issues, innovations, and achievements in Indonesian education through various creative formats such as articles, videos, and podcasts, encouraging more stakeholders to contribute to improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

The 2025 Tanoto Foundation Education Journalism Fellowship will begin with the proposal submission stage, from which 30 selected proposals will receive the first stage of the fellowship.

After the reporting is carried out and published in each journalist’s respective media, the jury will then select three outstanding works that will receive additional recognition.

The fellowship offers three main themes in line with Tanoto Foundation’s focus areas in Indonesia: Early Childhood Development and Education, Basic Education, and Higher Education.

Each of these themes is further divided into sub-themes, allowing journalists to explore issues they find relevant and interesting within their respective regions.
