Tanoto Foundation Supports INSPIRASI to Enhance the Quality of School Leadership

Tanoto Foundation and Global School Leaders are working together to establish the Indonesian principal leadership academy program, Inspirasi. In its pilot year commencing in July 2019, Inspirasi will enroll 50 school principals and their vice principals from 25 primary schools and madrasah in Karawang, West Java. Inspirasi targets the improvement of school principal leadership practices through field-and-forum training approach targeting instructional leadership, supervision and guidance for teachers, strategic planning, and learning outcome driven initiatives.
